What happened to Ann Wilson and her lapband

When I had my lap band. I was sent home with a couple videos to watch and one video featured Ann Wilson of Heart and her journey with the band. She was in good spirits than and speaking on behalf of the band. She had just recently had it then and was down 40lbs. The video left off with her continuing on the weight loss process. I never heard another thing and even searched it out. Because I remember thinking wow she believes in this when I was trying to sell myself on the idea. Upon seeing her on a TV appearance about a year or 2 ago I realized her weight was all back +. But, I have no idea if she ever removed it or not.

Sharon Osborne was another Lap band-er and she did have hers removed saying something to the effect that she didn't want it anymore and felt she had learned enough to keep the weight off herself. She still looks good??? I dunno.....

Carnie Wilson... last I saw was struggling with her weight re-gain after childbirth and said she was back to diet and exercise to get it back off. Celeb fit club etc...No idea if she succeeded or not.

My heart (no pun intended- HEART) goes out to them at least I had the luxury to hide my lap band so when it failed I could face it on my own terms. They are just out there for the whole world to judge. I cant stand how they humiliate them all. They crucify Carnie (Ann seemed to be able to slip away a little better) and look @ people like Kirsty Alley with the cruel jokes & awful pictures. Like it is so amusing to watch them fail over & over. ****** me off. Although this topic has me feeling pretty thankful right now. I my DS!  They should come hang.

I have no proof of this but I heard that it interfered with her signing. Something about not being able to get the breath control she had before. AGAIN! I have no proof of this.
