So who are "the best" DS surgeons?

I have Aetna and no out of network benefits.  The only surgeon I could find in-network was Dr Greenbaum in NJ out of the whole list.  I went with Rabkin and paid full price for him.  I didn't want to go to NJ since Rabkin was in my home town area.

I am partial to Dr. Gagner myself and I had Aetna when I had the surgery.  That being said, it is easier to spot a snow lepoard in the wild than it is to find out where he will be practicing next.  If he does turn up, though, I wouldn't hesitate to go with him.

I personaly don't know anything about this dr but haven't heard anything bad about him and he seems like he might be the closest to you.  Dr Smith is in GA.  He does have a special rate for out of network patients.  I have no idea what that means.
Best of luck!

Dr. Anthone  gets my vote.  He is so good I let him operate on my DH.  Now if that is not a stellar endorsement I don't know what is!
