I got my new avi loaded up; did it myself. My other pics are on my profile. I am learning this techno stuff slowly, but I am getting there.

As far as my exciting ride, I am doing quite well. I learned my lesson early out, and did not make those mistakes again. I can eat pretty much what I want, but I do limit it to a tablspoon or two if it is carby. My protein eating is great; nothing seems to bother me. Getting in all my fluids and wearing smaller clothes all the time, now in size 16, but wearing a couple of 14 tops. This cannot get much better than that! This is the way to live. Again, cannot thank all the vets enough for the invaluable information you have shared.

Darlene, Let me tell you about my son. He is a striving singer/guitar player, and has played locally all around the area. He writes most of his own songs, sort of a slow, Bob Dylan type of songs, not rock or heavy metal, or rap for sure. He is also a starving actor, been in a couple low key movies around the area, so if you ever hear the name Jordan Waters, that is my son, and you are so right, I am so very proud of him immensely.
