Friday late night Carb Confessional

I had a concert to play last night and got home too late to post--

Today, not too bad.  I ate a bag of popcorn, about 45 complex carbs.  Plus a few pieces of candy and a scoop of ice cream, well... probably 40 carbs, more than my "allowance."

still!  I've done worse.

I didn't have hardly any carbs today; didn't have time, to eat until tonight. Less than 50 for sure, but I really wouldn't have a clue how many.

Hi PP!  thought I'd post cuz I was kinda good today.  Had Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1/2 & 1/2 ,  about 18 complex carbs,  Taco for lunch,  maybe 12 carbs,  curry for dinner, maybe 20.  so I'm up to 50 and I'll have a protein drink before bedtime so I'm up to 55 carbs.  Not too bad cuz I KNOW BAD!!!

Yeah I love it! I just made a shrimp with garlic butter sauce thing cause I was still hungry after my pork steak dinner 2 hours ago, and I am debating whether to have a small bag of microwave butter popcorn with extra butter over it.  Not sure either today or tomorrow.

I was pretty bad yesterday. One of my coworkers brought her amazing homemade cupcakes, and I just had to sink my teeth into one. Then I succumbed to a mini Snickers after dinner. Then I woke up at 3 a.m. jonesing for a poptart. HOWEVER, (TMI ALERT!) I just had my first respectable DS poop in weeks, so maybe that was a good thing.

I SO have to get rid of this Halloween candy and fast! Tootsie Rolls are my HUGE weakness! So today I ate 2 small midget size (or should I call them little size?) Tootsie Rolls and one Tootsie Pop. I hate myself!

Tomorrow I'm taking this stupid candy and putting it in the closet so it's out of sight, therefore making it out of mind!
