Onederland babee ... 181 pounds lost!!!
Well, I have thundered through the 300's,
tooted (sometimes literally) through Twoterville
and have finally reached wonderful, wonderful ONEDERLAND!!!
Whoo hooooo!
I am almost one year post-op & finally reached 199 pounds! I am thrilled beyond belief & so thankful for my DS & everyone here on OH! My weight loss has slowed down recently, probably due to finally being able to eat just about whatever I want... the carb monster & suger **** in me have both raised their ugly heads...! So, I know what I need to do if I want to jump-start my weight loss again. Probably exercise would help too, I imagine...? However, I feel pretty darn good & am SO happy with my weight loss so far.
If you are super morbidly obese, as I was, DS it the WLS for you (in my opinion)!!!
