Onederland babee ... 181 pounds lost!!!

I do hope we can connect on my next trip. I had gotten a new contract with work and had to get home ! Mixed blessings there for sure. I would rather play, but there is a time for work as well.

coming up in 2 months. I am hoping to hit One-derland by then myself. I am 36.1 lbs away,
Hi JoJo! You are doing so GREAT!!! I'm a little worried about making it to Onederland with the hurdle of the holidays between me and the surgiversary 
.... this would be the first holiday season in my life that I didn't gain at least 8 lbs. Maybe I'll set a new tradition this year!

Gurl we are gonna do just fine.
I want one derland waaaaaay more than I want carbs right now.
I am feeling much better.
I had been in a stall and then I was protein deficient.
That caused me to develope edema and gain 11 lbs.
I freaked out
....the dr. put me on lasix and i upped my protein and in 6 days I lost 15 lbs!!!! 
I am in 
a size 20!!! I have never been a 20 in my adult life. 
I was a 22 in high school. It is weird. I am starting to get compliments and they are so hard to accept. 
The fat girl is still in my mind. 
when I try things on I think i can't fit this and then it fits.
The mental part of this is challenging. Anyway Keep up the gr8 job
