i use the body fortress chocolate. taste is pretty close to carnation instant breakfast but you REALLY have to mix the crap out of it or it doesnt dissolve completely.

I use it too.  I like the chocolate flavor and 26g of protein is not bad!!

I have a nearly full tub of the Vanilla. No matter how much I mix it or what I mix it with it seems to have a "grainy" texture to it. So because of this I don't like it. The flavor isn't bad, I just can't get over the sand feeling. I do use it in the protien ice cream from eggface blog but that is about it. The only protien I will happily drink in the fuzzy naval and twisted cherry nectars.

The grainy texture in the body fortress is that "crystallized taurine" in it. It's just nasty. It settles to the bottom no matter how you mix it, or stir, or even blend. I used it before surgery because it wasn't a big deal to have to drink it when it I could chug it down, but now that I have to take considerably smaller sips of what I am drinking I can't stand the grit.

I'm pretty sure bacon tastes as good as thin feels!

I use the chocolate or the vanilla Body Fortress from Walmart for my S&S Frappachino and my Protien hot chocolate. I get the RTD kind from Costco

I use both the vanilla and chocolate from Body Fortress / walmart.  I mix w/ a bit of water and a FORK (not a spoon just doesn't work as well) and then add my coffee to it, or add it to hot tea.  I love it!  There is a bit of suff in the bottom of the cup, but if you swirl it a bit it will redissolve and it is just fine.

I've never thought it to be grainy...interesting.

I also love IDS cinnamon vanilla and BSN Lean desserts.   But they are so expensive and when I run out have to order and such.  This is so handy, add it to the grocery list and grab it running through the store.

I use it too.  I do NOT like the strawberry.  I'm not sure what planet from hell thinks that strawberries taste like THAT, but ugh.  The chocolate isn't too bad at all.  I do shake it like crazy in my protein shaker (I bought a body fortress one there at WallyWorld in the same section).  If I don't mix it with something, I usually just make it with 6 oz of water and then chug it before it gets a chance to settle again.

I use all flavors and tons of it. I prefer its "thinner" texture to others because I can gulp it down. Oh and its cheap....bonus!
