Shirataki Noodles? NO CARBS NO CALORIES??!?!?!??
I haven't personally tried them, but from the reviews here -- I would say go with Dreamfields. I had Dreamfields pasta last night for the first time and LOVED it. I could NOT taste the difference at all.
I did have more gas than usual later, but .... a small price to pay when I'm craving carbs! hehe

Ive eaten these often....gotta rinse and rinse to get the taste and smell gone! They do smell awful but with some really good meat sauce and cheeses they are good. I get mine at Safeway here. They may take some a little longer to get used to as the texture is different from traditional pasta, but like many foods its something you can get used to...

I've had them a few times. As others have said, rinse, rinse, and RINSE. And when you're done rinsing, rinse again just to make sure.
I don't like them as a replacement for regular spaghetti with tomato sauce, but I do like them for Asian-type dishes. I make mine with broccoli florets, chopped chicken, and a peanut sauce.
Also, o echo what someone else mentioned, I think the spaghetti noodles are better than the flat noodles.
