I posted about this about a month ago - I have a huge incisional hernia, but my butt & thighs are getting downright skinny. I will probably have my hernia repair/panni or TT in Nov 2010. I just got a pair of size 14 maternity jeans from Kohl's on sale - they are perfect! Good luck!

Maybe I should try maternity jeans - as long as they are not the knit panel front ones, I could probably pull it off.  :)

One of my friends who is post-DS said she uses the Wal-Mart maternity pants, and cinches the back if needed to accommodate the excess skin.  Don't know if it'd work, but it's a cheap way to pull it off :D

Lane Bryant has some pretty good wide-leg jeans (carpenter style) that work well, too.
