Lost my daddy Friday

My dad passed away on Friday nite ..He has had Alzheimers for several years. It was a peaceful passing and his family was with him..my greatest fear was he would die alone and he didn't..
He spent 14 days in the hospital and 14 at a convalesence home.it was time.
My heart hurts

Oh Evelyn,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to lose a parent but I know how awful Alzheimer's is since both of my grandfathers had it. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
