Hawaii is booked and I'm ready to go!

Now, the question is....where the hell do I find summer clothes in February in Pennsylvania?

My DH and I are taking this trip for our 10th Anniversary (which was Jan 1), my birthday (which is Feb 26), and to celebrate my 100 pounds lost mark. We're leaving the kids with my wonderful mother, and taking off for 11 glorious, sun-filled days on the island of Maui.

We leave Feb 24 and will be back on Mar 7. The only problem that I just realized I have is that absolutely NONE of my clothes from last summer even remotely fit. I did manage to find some clearance shorts, but that's about all I have. No bathing suit, no Tshirts.....AAHHH   Power shopping to hopefully find some leftovers from last year.
 Best Wishes,
Tammy

Lots of stores have started filling their racks with "cruise wear". I was in Kohls a couple days ago and they have bathing suits on sale already. You could try there.

Have fun on your trip!

Excellent. I have a Kohl's about 1/2 hour away so I'll have to run over there. I tried Penney's the other day, but they have nothing out yet. I could buy stuff there, but it'll be more expensive and I won't get much wear out of them because by the time it's warm enough here to wear it, it won't fit anymore.  Thanks for the tip.

I am so excited for you!  You are going to have a wonderful time with so much to celebrate!  Try online for your shopping, places like Land's End.  They just released their new swimsuit line--lots of cute choices.  If you sign up to receive their emails you will get free shipping and if it doesn't work you can return it to your local Sear's store for a refund with no return shipping charge.

Thanks Julie. I'm excited. This isn't our first trip there, but I am so looking forward to it. I'm a little worried about online because I have less than three weeks. If it doesn't work out, I'll be desperately searching for stuff with very little time.
 Best Wishes,

Shop now...Land's End will ship within a couple of days.  I have never had to wait more then 4 days for a package from them (even in December).  Their swimsuits run pretty true to size, but because you are still sliding down the scale order a size smaller.  Take your measurements and go off their size charts.

Might be worth ordering online, but would have to know sizes at short notice; www.venus.com has a great selection in clearance.

yeah, that's the other downfall. I have no idea what size bathing suit, my shirts are either XL or 1X, and my pant size can be either 14 or 16 depending on the fit and brand. I'd almost have to try everything on.

You also can take a little larger suitcase, and even walmart there in Hawaii, would have summer clothing, I would think, and even a second hand store for a few discount cover-ups/sun dresses.
Here is a list of second hand in hawaii:
