Don't forget about thrift and consignment stores plus your pals on forums like this one - people are often happy to get rid of some clothes for the cost of shipping and since you are not yet at goal I imagine you don't want to spend a lot of stuff that will be too big by summer.

In case there may be others around, as is often the case in Hawaii, Costco had mens and womens swim suits yesterday, and shorts too.

Your timing is going to be perfect, just at the end of winter when we need physical and mental thawing from our crummy weather.

My DH would really like that, but I would actually like to leave the resort LOL

We're supposed to get hit with a big storm this weekend, so I will be more than ready to thaw out.

There's a Costco and Kmart within 5-10 minutes of the Kahalui Airport in Maui - they'll have tons of summer stuff, shop there.  You're skinny now, it'll be easy.  Have a fantastic time!

Yeah, there's a Wal-Mart right there too so if I need to I can find some stuff there. I just hate going unprepared. I'm a little OCD when it comes to packing.

I don't blame you'd, I probably feel the same way.  Just hoping it takes a little pressure off of you if you don't find everything you're looking for.

Thanks! I'm sure it'll be great. It's my favorite of all the places we've been. This will be our 6th time on the island. I think we're in a rut, but I just love it there.
