Which airport would have the best rates from a major airport like Atlanta or Charlotte?  I may CRASH this BASH.

It varies... DAY or IND  Since you could fly out of Atlanta... Check Airtran.  Right now they are running $125 each way- non stop.. I usually see about a $87 rate.. Both into DAY and IND. Thats a good price.

If Charlotte is closer they are running at $105 each way, but not non-stop. Figure in the layover and the gas which is a better deal for you.

ETA-- Charlotte to DAY is running at $98 each way.

That would be awesome. If I flew I would fly out of Orlando. We have a lot of time to think about it and try to arrange it. I know we would have so much fun!

Renee... I do alot of flights for my work .. planning... searching for best prices and booking for speakers and whatnot flying in... I would be happy to search at work for you... I can check Orlando to Cincy and Orlando to Dayton and see which is cheaper... I also suggest (even though they say this is not true) Mid-Morning on Tuesdays is the BEST time to find cheap flights. Air Tran has flights flight to both Indy and Dayton from Orlando and they are usually under $200 for round trip. Quite a few of the people I book refuse to travel on Airtran, because it's usually a smaller plane and not as roomy.. Plus there is usually a connection in Atlanta. You could pick up DSers there too.. LOL   Also, when you check (unless you want me to) use Kayak to get your intial search and then actually go to the airline sites... I book through the airline sites more often then not.


OHHHHH... Why not get Kerry to get his helicopter and just make trips to pick everyone up??? LOL 

I am definitely interested in coming. It looks like a date has been confirmed, that's really crucial when booking flights...LOL  I need to check on some appointments I have and I need to run it all by my husband. I'd really like to fly in that Friday before the party so I'm not sure which airport would be the best. A lot of scheduling and planning to be done! I'm excited!
