Rant - Posting misinformation
I almost posted yesterday that "Den Mother" fit you better, but you are still my "DS Mother Superior"!

Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

Well said Jules, and I couldn't agree with you more. I'm alarmed at the number of posters who are actually giving medical advice. It seems to be happening more and more. Several years ago when the board was so much smaller, you seldom saw this happening and if it did, someone would jump in and say "What is your doctor's take on your problem." The same thing applies to posters "prescribing" supplements too. As we know some of the supplements we take can become toxic like I believe "A".
