OMG DON'T ENCOURAGE THIS MORON TO CONSIDER THE DS!!!!! He can't handle ANY WLS, much less the DS. Not only would he be dead of malnutrition inside of a year, his spectacular failure would just provide fodder for the anti DS crowd and skew the statistics for the procedure.

Besides, he's in TX and on Medicaid and couldn't figure out how to get $800 to get through an RNY mill preop program. Oh, and he called THREE HUNDRED SURGEONS in TX and NONE of them take Medicaid for bariatric surgery, donchaknow.
