Baby Back Rib Virgin asks for recipe help
Do you have a smoker in your back yard? Yeah, you can bake them or slow-cook them, but anyone from the South knows that it's not real bbq. Smoke them at 250 for about 4 hrs if you've got the right equipment. We do a dry rub first, let it sit overnight, then smoke, finishing with sauce on the side, because it's good enough without sauce at all.

I'd marinate the beast in beer, coat it nicely with a spice mix of choice (look for barbecue style rubs), and either roast it on the grill or smoke it. Roasting on the grill is very yummy. Just put the critter in a pan so the ribs arch upward, sear it on high heat for about five minutes, then turn it way down to super low heat, around 325, close the lid and let 'er cook.
You could do that to it in the regular oven, too.
