So at 7 months what happens if you lower your carbs?

You loose weight.  Hahaha. 

I had been boucning around between 159 and 161 for the last few weeks.  After only TWO days on the ***Bites and Vites*** carb challenge the scale said "yes I like that" and gave me a 156.5.

My lowest recorded adult weight is 155.  I did WW in my early 30s and landed there for about one second and then promptly gained it all back plus about 20 friends.  So my new goal is to get UNDER 155.  That is ummm only 2 lbs.  teehee.

The DS is freakin' amazing.

I'm getting way too comfy with carbs...  Maybe not cut em all out, but I need to set some boundaries, maybe limiting them to only the weekends.

I don't think you have to do that.  As long as you watch the scale and how your clothes fit.  Then if you need to, you know that all you have to do is a minor intake adjustment to get right back to where you want to be.

That is really what I am doing.  Prooving to myself that what I've been told is true.  That it will actually work for me.  That I am not destined to gain all this weight back like I have every other damn time I lost weight.

I've been so comforted to see that cutting back the carbs has A) been easy and B) had a huge payoff.
