Gastritis...or, how to convince yourself that you are dying

Trust me honey, even as far out as I am, I'm STILL dumb with food.  And sometimes I'm dumb with the same foods over and over again, LOL.  I made this wonderful minestrone last week with kale in it.  Ate a big bowl and bloated up like a balloon.   I just couldn't believe it could be the kale.  So I ate another big bowl the next day.   I pooped kale for four days straight, LOL.

I had gastritis a few years ago as the result of NSAID usage to treat back problems and then a broken toe.  I also thought I was having an obstruction.  It is seriously the kind of pain you never, ever want to have again once you have experienced it.

i am now lactose intolerant, i can eat cheese, yogurt and a little half and half  or milk in my tea or coffee but anything more that its down hill after that! i am also not that far out but even a small piece of ice cream cake starts the fouth of july! i also try to use non dairy creamers more ofthen.
