Vitamins preop/newly post op confession
No one knows all these things in the beginning! I was 5 weeks out on Monday. As far as vites, in the beginning, you will only be allowed to do chewables. I was given the go ahead at week 4 to begin swallowing pills.
Here is what I did. I called Vitalady, and her lovely employee, Morgan, told me what I would need to start. So, I ordered 30 days worth to see how it was all going to work for me. Ask them also to send you the daily schedule, or you can print it out from her website. Then, I ordered a weekly vitamin holder and took the list and filled each compartment. I have to sit down with the list each time I fill my weekly vite holder. Over time, I am sure this will become old hat.
You are worrying about details that will work themselves out over time. You are not expected to get it all down in the beginning. You will learn as you go. You will be fine. And, you have this wonderful forum to come to!

I understand your confusion. My box of vits from Vitalady arrived yesterday. It was initially a challenge figuring out what to order but she has a list of recommendations and that helped tremendously. (Has some sales going on right now, too.) I emailed Michelle through her web site and she responded right away. I think her suggestions are on her web page also. Either way she's wonderful to work with. I kept my a copy of my order for future reference, too.

I can send you a list, but others have posted links. It DOES seem overwhelming. *I* was certainly overwhelmed back i***** What the heck do A, D, E do and why do I need to drive 50 miles to get them?
