Ya know...I am a firm believer that all things happen for a reason....but some things are just hard. This is one of them.
I ache for this child who might have been, for my son and his fiance and the hurt they are feeling, for #2 son and his wife and their struggles to become pregnant and for the oldest son and his SO who feel they are too old for a pregnancy. (daughter has 3 beautiful girls)
Our faith will see our family thru this. I have learned over the years that faith and love and the care of friends and family can get ya thru just about anything.
Tomorrow nite is D&Ds engagement party. It WILL be a good evening. We WILL rejoice in their love for each other. And we will grieve...a little bit...cause life goes on and God is in control and as long as we have tomorrow we have hope.
