Blood pressure again ~
I'll betcha that with all of the exercise you've been doing and your lower weight, you're going to have to come off the meds completely. Just a hunch. Do check with your doc. My BP (and I"ve never taken meds for it at all) post op now runs around 90/50 on a good day. I very frequently set off all the alarms on the BP machines because it's often lower than that. When it's warm out or I don't get enough fluids in, I can tell it drops further, and I have the same symptoms you describe. My dad has recently lost 45 pounds and he's been on BP meds for years. Unfortunately, he's lost the weight due to chemo, but he was having orthostatic hypotension too, and his meds were reduced for the first time in probably 20 years.

That sounds rather concerning, Kerry. I think your wise to check with your PCP.
I did stop taking my BP meds after leaving the hospital following my DS, but after about 5 months, it hadn't come down far enough so I went back on them, but a lower dose. After 7 more months, the meds helped keep me regulated, and my doctor took me back off them 2 months ago. So far so good, I'm staying pretty level without them. I love that!
