Surgeon and "Normal" BMI - Very unscientific poll

Surgeon: Albert Spaw
BMI: 32ish (Obese)

But, I'm not done losing at only 14 months out, and I started at a 55 BMI, so I think I've done pretty darn well. Dr. Spaw's goal for me is to get just inside the overweight BMI line and call it a day. My goal is about 10 lbs lower than his, but that will still leave me in the middle of the overweight BMI category. I honestly think I would be thrilled and look great to reach my goal. I think I might look kinda gaunt if I got to 150, but I'll worry about that if I need to. I'm pretty pleased with losing 80% of my own personal goal. Mind you, I'll be much more pleased to be at 85% of it and in Onederland, but I'm not very far from there.

With great power (the DS!) comes great responsibility.

Surgeon:  Dr. Gary Anthone
Normal BMI:  No.  They want you to end up in the overweight range.  Their goal for me was between 162 and 171.  I currently weigh around 140 and am happy here.

Ok, I'm sorry...I think I misunderstood.  Dr. Anthone is my surgeon and I am in a normal BMI range of 23 ish.
