I'm 3 days postop & got home last night. Experiencing normal discomfort. My sweet husband has labeled 10 oz water bottles with when I'm supposed to drink them in order to stay on track. I'm doing well with hydration. I'm not interested in food at all but I am taking in some liquid protein mixed with g2.

My thoughts are definitely mixed with some buyer's remorse but mostly I'm just groggy & waiting for this stage to pass.

Im 10 days out and I feel like I am dying.  I am in constant pain.  I feel like I just had this surgery and I will now die in pain.  Anyone have any suggestions and what a girl is suppose to do.  I want to cry because I am in so much pain.

Have you checkd with your DR.?
How is it going with fluids, resting, walking,  the more I moved, then rested, and then sipped the more the pain began to lessen.

if you need,,,,, call him or his office and let them check it out !!!

That stage will pass !!!  You are  doing  great !!! it is only a few days.. just keep the fluids and  rest and walking up, protein and vits as tolerated !!

I could not do those well till almost 3 or 4 weeks as I was a revision,,, but did concentrate on the fluids walking and rest !!!
