Out of country self pay

I am currently looking at having the DS done out of the country. I have emailed various Drs and I'm wainting on their replies. In the meanwhile if anyone has had DS surgery with any of the following doctors and don't mind sharing what was the cost of your surgery and what did it include. Thanks

Dr. Ungson (I've seen quotes from $11 - $14 what is difference in cost, airfare?)

Dr. Marshesini ( I haven't seen any quotes)

Dr. Antelmo

Dr. Baltasar

Some of it may be the difference between open and lap. Lap takes longer (I think) and requires disposable equipment that costs a bunch.

just a thought...You can have a DS in the states for 20K with very experienced surgeons.
