I don't know if he does this in Glendale, but in Delano, Keshishian's office hooked us up with a Medical Supply place that also rented us--and delivered to the hotel--a recliner.  It was very much better than "bed or lousy chair."

Wow, 7 hours! I live 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta and it's a 3.5 hour drive for me. GPS took me on some back roads, but I got there in 3.5 hours when I went for pre-op. I'll be heading to Nashville tomorrow for surgery on Tuesday.

Nashville has The Hospital Hospitality House that services out-of-town patients and their family.  Their website is: www.hospitalhospitalityhouse.org/index.html

They have on their website that "rooms at the HHH Residence and at our offsite location are $20 per night, but no one is turned away for an inability to pay."
