Thanks everyone for the well wishes!  I'm very excited to be here presently, although didn't plan to have the hunger that I do this early out.  I'm soooo stinking hungry, strange.  I'm taking it one day at a time and hoping that Tuesday gets here quickly.

 Congrats, I am so happy you are on the other side. Let us know if you have any questions!  I had a ton and don't know what I would have done with out someone to talk to. I am only a couple of days ahead of you but the first two weeks mean a lot of changes. Hang on for the ride!!

Hunger right now is normal - at least it was for me.  It'll pass.  I think it's just all those nerves that are cut trying to figure out what's what!  LOL!

Focus on getting in your fluids and keep walking!!!  Both those will speed your recovery - and make you feel better in the meantime, too.

Fellow Dr. Stewart patient here......so I know you have a great surgeon!  :-)
