7 month update and hair loss help

I am 7 months and 11 days out and doing great.  These are my stats:

Highest weight:  332
Pre op Diet:  327
Surgery Date:  305
Today:  193

Total Weight lost including pre op diet:  134 lbs.

I am very happy with my progress and thankful for the DS and all on this sight who have helped
me.  My only problems has been hair loss in a big way.  I talked to Doc. Husted last night and he told me I am not getting enough fat in my diet, yes that's right fat.  Who knew.  I am going to start taking EFA and Biotin.  Hopefully my hair will start growing back soon.  Also I am to add more protein to my diet.  He explained that the amino fats help hold in hair follicles.  Again something new to me.  I hope this might help others out there with this problems.  Thanks Gena

Where do you get EFA, is that liquid form or pills? 

Doc Husted said GNC so I am going to try and find it this week end.  Gena
