I'm learning how to do this school thing.

B: shake, couple of cheeses
L: at school:
2 rice cakes w/ PB
cheese/ham/mayo roll up
Greek yogurt
slim jims
cheese
D: corn tortilla chips
steak
baked potato w/ butter and sour cream
Later: shake #2

Vites: I missed my damn CA AGAIN. Need a watch with an alarm or something. I can't have my phone turned on in class so I just leave it in the car.

Exercise: NONE.

I feel like crap.

I'm exhausted. I'm frustrated with the rules and the assignments that are done by computer. I don't do change very well.

I didn't get any exercise. I feel dehydrated so I didn't drink enough. I can't get enough to drink tonight. I am SO thirsty. I even have a headache from not enough fluids.

I'm too tired to fix my steak.

I'm just having a pity party. It'll be better tomorrow.

You shouldn't have asked. lol.

fluids very low maybe 26oz I just can't get it down.
