S- 1/4 cheese stick
L- 1/4 cheese stick and one slice of canned peach (in lite syrup-drained)
S- 3 baby bites of chicken salad, with real mayo
D- 1 tbls refried beans with cheese and a few drops of taco bell sauce
S- (pending) sf banana cream pudding
Two out of three BA ADEK vites down the hatch, one more at bedtime hopefully....they're kinda nasty.

Cream Cheese - 1 oz
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 oz
3 blueberries
may eat an Oh Yeah! Wafer bar - before bed (not included in nutritional info)
Cal = 862
Fats = 30.6
Carbs = 9.1
Prot = 134.7
Water - done!
Vites - done, except for bedtime
Exercise - walked 1 mile

BITES:
S - 3/4 protein bar (early start to day).
B - 5 strips bacon and 1 egg over-medium with coffee/cream at Cracker Barrel (mid-morning).
S - 10 almonds and a handful of Kashi granola/flax crunch (noonish).
L - double protein shake (around 2p).
S - spoonful of peanut butter (around 4).
D - 5 oz sirloin tips and most of a small loaded baked potato (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon), few bites of salad with bleu cheese dressing.
S - small ramakin of plain Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and one packet of Truvia.
FITNESS: Didn't make it to park for usual run. Walked all day long at work.
VITES: all in except 2 doses of calcium (still working on)
FLUIDS: eyeballs floating. . .
