HI Guys, so I am 'fessing up to being pretty pathetc lately with both my vites and food. I used to be so good about this stuff but latel;y I have had so many worries and working 16 hour days just seem to have taken their toll on me. I am down to 132lbs this morning which is not good as I know it is from not eating enough or anything of any real nutritional quality.
So I am making a commitment to eating better today and getting vites in properly. As the man reminded me last nigt, things would be so much harder right now if I got sick so I need to make sure I take care of myself!! I need to get back into making my protein coffee in the morning s and supplementing with another protein shake later in the day.
B - a bagelthin smothered in cream cheese and a coffee with H&H
S - some pork rinds
L - some sweet & sour chicken & rice, diet coke
D - sausage link in a bun with ketchup, some potato chips
S - piece cheesecake

PATHETIC right?? oh well, Friday will be better for me!! I am going to commit to posting and being more accountable.

Have a great Friday everyone

Protein shakes and bars when you're busy. Keep a tub at work and one at home.  I can only imagine how tired you are. Take care.

Good Idea Gina! I'll bring a tub in from hme and kep it in the store with one of my shaker ball cups and I always have cold water in the fridge so I can make myself one. Thanks for the reminder!! I know I need to do better on this but it has just seemed like one more thing to contend with lately!!

Never got around to using SP yesterday, but since this is still on the first page I'll see if I can remember what I ate:

Champion Chocolate for breakfast as always
Snacked on cheese mid-morning, 1 or 2 multigrain Saltines
Lunch was Salisbury Steak from my favorite meat & 3; along with a few bites of creamed potatoes, field peas and corn. One of my co-workers had a feast with my leftovers!
Later, a big ole slice of sugar-free chocolate cream pie from the restaurant. This is basically chocolate flavored SF cool whip, but it was tasty!
More cheese in the afternoon, a few gluten-free pretzels
Dinner was from Taco Bell: two of their new Cantina tacos; one beef, the other chicken, with only a bite or two of the shell which I didn't care for anyway. It's different...a soft corn tortilla. And a Nachos Deluxe or whatever they call the mini-Nachos Bellgrande.

This morning, I had lost 5 of the 9 pounds I gained. Woohoo!
