I totally agree! I've tried all sorts of fresheners (you name it) over the last 20 months or so and the original ozium is by far the BEST! I bought a HUGE bottle in the auto section for like $6. It's weird, the smaller sizes are harder for me to find around here.

Ozium can be had @ WaldeMort (aka WalMart) in the Auto stink-not section or your friendly neighborhood AutoZone.
I ordered MediAire from Allegro Medical and am underwhelmed. Got the fresh scent and it smells exactly like what you describe - poop & medical supplies. Doesn't remove any stench flying from my arse (I agree, it's pretty stenchified, but you'd think if it can take on necrotic flesh...). I also get that scratchy back-of-the-throat & sneezy semi-allergic reaction to it. fegh.
