No suggestions on the bowel prep, I haven't had to do that since WLS.

I just wanted to wish you the best of luck.  I almost hope they find what you suspect so that you have permanent relief.  Good luck!

I haven't used that brand...but I have been presented with GoLytely and the Half-strength stuff and refused to use them.

Here's how...I remind them that about 80% of my stomach is missing and I cannot consume the amount of fluid the products require and we don't know how much of it is truly absorbed as I do drink it, so there's no telling how much I might need.

And then I insist on liquid mag citrate.  It's a disgusting, but small, bottle available at any drug store for a couple of bucks and it's like Rotor Rooter stopped by.

A number of GI docs don't like it because it has been known to cause some problems for some people....but that's all I use for bowel prep.

How did it end up? Did it work?
How did the colonoscopy go?

Hope you are doing okay and everything ended up working out in the end.

I had the same issues with the MoviPrep. Didn't work well for me. The doctor told me after the colonoscopy I had a lazy colon probably caused by my DS surgery. (huh?) Anyway he said next time I needed to go on a liquid diet A WEEK before the procedure and then use enemas with the movieprep. Color me excited. At least I have a couple more years before that fun filled rodeo.
