Vitamins $

I just bought my first set of vitamins for after my surgery in two weeks and with Vitalady's list and a combination of Costco, Walmart, GNC and Vitalady I bought everything for three months for $191.

A little over $40.

the first step is the most expensive then after that it's just maintenance- i buy in bulk so i figure the first pop will be about 300 (high end and including some things that i want to take on my own- and probiotics) then after i figure about 70-100 a month to maintain (including protein).

Also, you have to remember that you need to have your lab work done before surgery to get all your levels up and then again after to see if you need to adjust, then the price can be higher or lower.

I've shopped around a lot and i found the cheapest prices on amazon, vitalady, and at costco.
Oh, and Ebay can be a good source of vites and protein, just be on the lookout for bargains and research companies you don't recognize! GL2U

 I use vitacost.com for almost all of my vitamins. I spend about $20-40 a month there (buy a couple months worth of some things at a time). I have to get my 50,000IU of D from ProHealth, and it's an additional $16/month. 

i stock up on a good BOGO sale for my general OTC items, and use vitalady for my dry vits.  I spend around $20-30/month on average.  You can spend a small fortune every month on designer bariatric vitamins, but you don't have to.

I'd say about $60 - $70 a month.  I try to order 3 months or so at a time.  It really varies person to person based on your individual levels.  Some of us need more than others.  I get most of my vites from vitalady because she has what we need (the high doses and the dry forms) and it's easy to get it all in one place.  I do get my mutli and B complex from walmart.
