Protein Deficiency
Sweetheart whatever has been happening in your life I hope resolves so that you can be happy and at peace. You are a truly lovely woman and utterly giving...I still can't believe you went so far out of your way to visit me in Guthrie ward. So I'm not surprised you've not been making YOU time to self nurture.
Get at least 120grams of protein in. I got some samples from Vitalady but got stiffed for £35 for VAT and £18 for the courier company for being utter *******s but the Champion Pure Whey Stack Cookies and Cream was ******g awesome! It really didn't taste like arse. It tasted like a MacDonald's shake!
I saw a tin advertised on line for about £50 which is daylight robbery but better than malnutrition. If you have lovely mates in the States they might be willing to send you a Tin marked as a gift of lesser value than £18 that way you don't get stiffed by customs.
If you can be arsed drop me a PM. I am fretting now about you. If there is anything I can do call me.
xxxx Kirstin

Hi Ettie,
A few things popped out... more zinc, and probably more iron is needed. ProferrinES really helped to bring up all my levels.
I also do the cheese sandwiches... I use sliced cheddar cheese and put a little mayo on it, then slap a slice of swiss cheese and more mayo, then whatever deli meat, some mustard and the same for the top. The swiss cheese has 9g/slice, the cheddar 5 for a total of 28 w/o the meat. I cut it into quarters and it goes into baggies and into my little lunch cooler. Really easy to grab 1 or 2 quarters and munch away.
I always have jerky, nuts and a couple of protein bars in my backpack. So I always have some protein to grab on the go.
I know you can do this, but to see where you are at, get your labs done. You'll have to tweak your vitamins, but put them in baggies and take them with you. Remember you aren't alone, we are all here to support you.
