Have you ever gotten a bad bag of Jack Links Jerky?
contact Jack Links! they are an awesome company!!!! I sent them an email telling them how much I LOVE their products and that it is a staple for me....they sent coupons, one IF I remember correctly was a feebie for ANY size bag. Well worth the time to email, either way, good experiences and bad!
as to walmart NOT taking something back, I have NEVER heard of that, I've even had them take potatoes that were moldy inside the opened bag (center potatoes) and replace them. I think I would be contacting the main office via email regarding that one!

Sadly more than a few times. To the point I no longer buy Jack Links.
Being where I live we have Kroger. And I LOVE their house brand Jerky. Better than Jack Links if you ask me and at $10 for the big 1lb bag a better deal also. I have never had a bad bag from them always perfectly tender.
