What foo-foo drink can you order from Starbucks...

that is both sugar-free & doesn't contain milk?

I drink plain old Folgers at home with powdered CoffeeMate and Sweet & Low.  I know nothing of fancy coffee drinks other than most are made with steamed milk & wreak havoc on my tummy due to LI.

I do okay with something like a cafe mocha, but I need a sugar-free alternative.  Any suggestions?

Can you do soy milk?  All the foo-foo drinks can have soy substituted for cow's milk.  Not sure if you get any foam with soy milk, though.

I have a whole milk cappuccino without flavor, and add my own sweetener.  It's the only thing that works for me because I can't do flavors.

Can you do half-and-half, or is that right out too? I like a breve latte with SF syrup (usually caramel). In the summer, I like it iced.

What is breve?

Breve means it's made with half-and-half instead of milk.

Hmm, I may have to give that a shot...I do okay with half-and-half in my protein shakes.  Thanks!!

It is incredibly yummy. Unfortunately, they don't put the breve nutrition on their website, but it's basically espresso, half and half and the SF syrup, so not high in carbs at all.

Now, see. I've asked my Starbucks to do that and they've always told me they don't have any heavy cream for adding to drinks. Humph.

Ugh.  I guess I'll have to ask at mine & see if they do.  If not, I'll try the half-and-half.
