Aldi Fiber Supplement
For anyone taking Benefiber -I thought I would pass this along.
I was in Aldi yesterday and purchased Welby Health Total Fiber (which I am thinking may be the Aldi store brand). It was $7.99 for a big cannister (a little over a pound). This is a huge savings over benefiber. The same size benefiber would be around $20-. I used it this morning and it mixed into my coffee just like the benefiber; no grit or taste. I had tried the CVS store brand but found it was made of corn dextrin and the benefiber is made from wheat dextrin. The stuff I got at Aldi was also wheat dextrin.
Sometimes Aldi gets things as special buys and they do not regularly stock the item so today I had DH go back to Aldi and buy more!
