My friend and neighbor died today

Kerry, I am so sorry. There really are no other words....

wow, that's really hard Kerry, especially when so young.  My cousin was Salmon fishing at 48years old and dropped dead in the boat from a massive heart attack.  Like you said, loved what he was doing, but the devastation left behind can be overwhelming.  It's going to take time to get through it, I know you'll do what you do best and be there for his family.

Coronary artery and heart disease are not limited to just the unfit. Genetics plays a big role in chosing its victims. It's always such a shock when we see someone so young go so suddenly.

Hug the people around you that you love and remind them to get yearly heart and colon checkups!

 Sorry to hear about your loss Kerry. These things are never easy, especially when it is so sudden and unexpected. Like you stated if there can be a bright side to this he was outdoors doing what he loved.
