I'm so sorry for your loss. It's a long road, even now 2 years later I am still crying over the loss of my Dad, i miss him every single day. He was my best friend. But slowly and surely the initial shock and hurt lessens and it becomes bearable.
Thinking of you!

Jill, I'm very sorry for your loss.  I hope things eventually get a little easier for you to deal with, and in time, I hope you are able to fully treasure what a great woman your mom was.  (((Hugs)))

Hey Honey,

I am so sorry for your loss. I would feel equally as lost without my Mom. You sound like you were blessed with a great Mom and friend who supported and encouraged you when you needed it. I bet she is proud of the great daughter she has and will continue to smile down at you and watch over you now she is no longer in any pain.
My heart goes out to you and want to remind you in a kind gentle way to take care of yourself in the coming months. My husband died this time last year very suddenly and I needed reminding to make sure I looked after myself in the months that followed his death
Sending big old hugs to you right now((((())))))

Lots of Love

Oh Yorkie, I'm so sad about hearing this about your husband. My doctor yesterday said the exact same about taking care of myself, but it's hard not feeling selfish when others in my family are going through the same pain. We just are all dealing with it in different ways. I'm glad to be home, I was not wanting to go back to Seattle but it's best they waited on doing the memorial until the 21st to give us all some time to get ready. I hope you are continuing to take care of yourself -

thanks EVERYONE for the thoughts and prayers and posts. I truly appreciate it.
