I have a question for the lap DS people
regarding the post about age & the DS - I am 59 and having the DS next month and I dont feel too old. In fact I am sure it will make me feel much younger - especially when I get back to the gym and build more muscle- I looked a lot younger after I did that years back. Dr Husted doesnt have an age limit. He just makes the common channel a little longer when you are older as we dont absorb as well when we are older he says. He will make mine 100 cc instead of his usual 75. I am wondering tho if my face is going to look like a prune after I drop a lot of weight . .
Yeah, probably one of the only things I like about being fat is that I don't have any wrinkles!! LOL! I have wondered the same thing.....how badly am I going to age when I drop weight? Yes, I am vain....I admit it. I worry about the saggy skin, the wrinkles and losing my hair. Of course I have been researching every lotion, cream and pill I can get my hands on in hopes to help me improve whatever the DS does to my body that I don't like.

Okay...some of my favorite analogies are for this question...here's one:
Question: A college football team just won the championship and knocks down your front door and has the party in your house. A college football team just won the championship and knocks out four or five of your windows and has the party in your house. Which party will take less time to clean up after?
Answer: Neither. How they got in has little to do with how much damage was done inside and how long it takes to clean up.
This means: DO NOT base your decisions about how "healed" you think you are on how your incision wounds are looking. That is essentially irrelevant information. I've watched A LOT OF PEOPLE over the years make really stupid decisions based on how those incisions looked and they pay dearly for it later.
