Dr. Stewarts New Line of Vitamins. Who knows what's in them?
Yeah, yeah, specific to what HE thinks a DSer needs, but not specific to THAT PERSON's individual needs, which is what we preach here.
If you decide to do this, watch your labs like a hawk every 3 months. I am frankly, scared for you and anyone else that thinks 2 multis and 4 calciums a day are all you need.

No need to feel scared for me, you are not privy to all of my nutritional information and your presumtions are not correct. All I said was that I'll be taking Dr. Stewarts vitamins and keep everyone posted on how well they are working out for me.
It's better than Bariatric Advantage ADEK chewables in many respects, but falls far short of supplying what we need in terms of many vitamins. It makes a great multivitamin, but we still need the individual fat-soluble vitamins, B-complex, and minerals in much higher doses to get what we need to prevent deficiencies. That's exactly how I would think of it -- a glorified multivitamin supplement to add to our existing regimen but not replace anything.

Not for a general multivitamin it isn't. Bariatric advnatage doesn't come close, neither do the generic multivites like the solotron I was taking before. like said, it was much more than the general multi vite I was taking before, so I would be bettng a better multi by switching to Dr. Stewarts vites. I also take liquid b12, so I'm not too worried about the b12 number on the vites.
