Dr. Stewarts New Line of Vitamins. Who knows what's in them?

Thanks Y'all, I'm sure I'll get the swing of things sooner than later.

Since you're going to see Dr. Stewart in a little while, you may want to make a list of nutritional information questions to bring with you. Before and after surgery you'll be given nutrition classes and that is a great time to ask about the vitamins. His nurse Sue and their nutritionist had a lot of great info, and whenever Dr. Stewart was around he was happy to answer any remaining questions that I had.

Just an update for those curious about the vites:

I've been using Dr. Stewarts DS multi-vite as my multi, twice a day (I also suppliment vit A, D and calcium separately as instructed). Labs are looking great. No deficiencies 9 months post op.
