How are you keeping track of weight loss?

I used a selected wardrobe for keeping track. Biggest pants, top, shoes, a ring, a necklace, a watch. Donned them more or less monthly and compared. I still have all the items except for the shoes and got the ring resized.

Well, my 1 month surgiversary is coming up on Saturday and  I plan on having a few pictures taken. With pictures done every month on the 18th. But for me, I actually keep track in a notebook as well. I weigh in every Thursday (as that was the day of the week I had surgery) and on the 18th of each month I will do measurements as well and right them in as well.

As I lose the weight and it's noticeable I am sure I will have a cute picture signature made, but not sure....

I take monthly pictures and monthly measurements. I also keep a note book and try to keep track of a weekly weigh in. I also use the Labrat site. I haven't seen a huge difference in my pictures. (Don't get me wrong there IS a difference) But my measurements have drastically went down and it was sooo cool to see that. I thought about printing off the pictures and writing my weight, measurements and such on the back and putting in a little photo album. for myself and anyone who would like to see my progress. I'm a little crazy about stuff like that lol.

My surgery was on a Monday, so every Monday I officially log my weight on a spreadsheet that I keep.  Every 4 weeks I take and log measurements.  I also take pictures fully clothed and in just bra and undies every 4 weeks.

There are a number of ways you can keep track as have been mentioned in the replies you've already received. One I don't see mentioned is the tracker in "Your OH". There's a tracker there that can be set up for weight, collar size, waist size, and a few other options. I use it for myself and it is interesting to see how fast you lose at first and then see how it tapers off, stops, starts again etc.
