I guess (over the past few days) I've nibbled myself into not feeling like eating today! LOL!
Double Protein Shake
6 oz Venison Steak - eaten over several hours
1 pc Peppermint Bark (I am now officially done with candy for a long while! LOL!)
Double Protein Shake w/ 2 oz cream (need some fats!)
Will most likely have a protein bar later - for a snack.
Prot = 149g
Carbs = 17g
Fats = 35g
Water - all in and still drinking!
Vites - all in, except bedtime batch
Exercise - played with my little one and watched a movie....tomorrow is another day! (channeling Scarlet)

S- two servings beef jerky, 3 macadamia nuts
S- another slice of ham
D- thin sliced rib eye steak
fluids- 60 in and more to come before bed
Vites - all in except bedtime - added b complex today. Only need to add b12 tomorrow.
excercites- shopping! (again) Lol! Two pairs of shoes and a new sweater! Success!
