How much weight have you LOST WITH DS...Newbie Here...
I've lost just over 170, so I've lost significantly more than I currently weigh. My highest was 317, day of surgery I was 301 (lost on pre-op liquids). I made it to the surgeon's goal weight of 152 (middle of normal BMI range) by 10 months post-op and I've drifted down so that any given day my current weight is 145-148. Been happily maintaining there the past 5 months (through all of the holidays). I'm 5'9" and starting out I wore 26/28 in tops, 24 in pants. I currently wear Medium or 8/10 in tops & dresses (I'm broad shouldered, an apple shape) and 4/6 in pants depending on brand. Also lost a shoe size and 2.5 ring sizes. :D

I am coming up on a year out from my DS and float around between 136 and 140, so that puts me anywhere from 109 lbs. to 113 lbs. lost. Once I hit 140, which was my goal, I stopped "trying" to lose anymore weight. That means I've actively upped my carb intake, while still getting in at least 150-200 grams of protein in a day. I'm wearing a size 4, so I figure I've gotten small enough!
