Question for all the Canadian DS'rs

I was just wondering where everyone gets their vitamins from...especially the ones that we need in higher dosage amounts (ie. A, D3, etc)

I get mine from vitalady,(even though the shipping costs are ridiculous)I haven't been able to find them here.

 I also get mine from Vita lady. I am luckier than some since I live in Windsor across from Detroit I rent a postal box and get my vitamins delivered there. I save a ton on shipping and duty. Even though it may seem expensive ordering from vitalady it is our best option because the high doses we need aren't available in Canada at least not what I can find. There is also a vitamin place next to my original surgeons office and they have some larger doses of vitamin A and a couple of others that I get from there that cuts down on the cost from vita lady. Hope that helps.

Yep Vitalady here too. The cost for shipping is about $13 to Toronto (at least for 3 bottles of vites it is). I had to pay a $6 COD charge from customs on my first order but haven't on the other 2. The $13 I paid in shipping is for 1 bottle or 3 that I ordered on my last one.

Shipping and customs are crazy...I try and have at least 6 months on hand in case...It would have been nice if we could have at least been able to claim them on our taxes

I'll be using VitaLady as well. Once I move back to Ontario I'll probably rent a mail box in the states and order 3 months (:
