Have you noticed?  The older we get, the stranger the stuff that causes us excitement.  (Anymore, my mom gets excited over visiting therapy dogs and she never was a "dog person.")  YOU get excited by a pile of vitamins and supplements.  That means you're nearing the end, you know.

Yeah, vitamin talk gets my attention. I can wax poetic bout vit D for about 4 hrs, as you well know.

My son has been working here for a few weeks. I realized if we die, 3 kids split the business, but none have a clue what we do.

So, he walks into the room to ask me a question (I'm not in charge of most of what he asks me), and I'm on the phone re: vit D. He comes back later, new person, same discussion. He's heard it 40 times now. He mentions someone in the family is dealing with something and I said, "You know vit D has been shown to........" and he finishes it for me, with something like, work magic on anyone for anything. LOL

I think he's tired of vit D and just think, I've only just begun!

Which son?  Red or blue?  (Clothes, not politics...lol)

Blue. Ben (38)

Red is Donovan, coming up on 41. His wife had WLS, but acts as if it was like getting a filling or something. It was done and no need to discuss it further.

Unbelievable when you consider that I am only 29, huh?

Donovan worked shipping for a week when he was out of work, but he's got a good job now. Our step dtr worked a few times, but also lived with us. She grasps the concepts of staying healthy.

But none could step in and keep it going. My staff could, of course, but it needs an owner.

If our RV, truck or our own bodies do not try to kill us off this trip, this discussion isn't immediately necessary, right? But when Don fell, we both felt far more "mortal". Wills were done, but actually saying, "COME HERE AND SEE WHAT WE DO", that hadn't happened.
