fresh spinach salad with eggs & bacon MMMMMMMM

I just wanted to suggest a delicious meal I concocted the other day - I bought a big package of fresh baby spinach and fried up a lot of bacon and hard boiled some eggs. I found a hot bacon dressing like Marie Callenders serves at the store which isnt too bad for carbs and used a  tablespoons drizzled on.. (I also might add a couple things next time I make it- some sliced red onions & slices of fresh mushroom.)

Anyway I started with a small bowl to see how it went down and I ended up get seconds & thirds and then I was full and satisfied. It was a real treat. . . try it!  you might ike it!

Sounds yummy.  Try adding walnuts.

 This is one of my favorite salads.  I add a ton of shrimp that I saute in garlic butter to this and it is TO DIE FOR.  Om, nom, nom!  Also good with walnuts as previously mentioned, and a few dried cherries or Craisins.

ugh i am jealous my guts just kill me if i eat spinach. you are a lucky woman.

I make this very same salad too, but I add almonds, sliced strawberries, and mandarin oranges.  OMG - amazing!!
