3 year surgiversary ADDED PICS
- Diabetes - blood sugar, glucose still normal to low no meds or insulin
- Blood pressure - normal w/o meds
- Cholesterol - normal w/o meds
- Weight loss was an extra bene - 65lbs
- Plastics in January - no more hanging skin & bewbies are now nice and perky - love my new body, now, I really look normal.
- Labs good - struggles with potassium & iron, but supplement & test
- I eat protein, I've learned to avoid certain foods - onions, SF foods, diet soda, anything with sugar alcohols, limit my bread to evenings at home or when I'll be home soon.
- Chocolate / Desserts - when I want - yum
- On the plus side - I can pull weeds - have sore muscles, but not want to die after clearing my whole side yard. Dance for a few hours and not be sweating like a pig. Run around an amusement park and ride all the rides because I fit.
Oh yeah! The DS was worth my life and I'm lovin it!

The purple sweater dress was 12/10, the aqua top 1/10 both before my PS, the rest were after.
