Product trial: Liquid Reviva
I found this product at Costco. Its called Liquid ReViva. Its high absorption calcium citrate. 1000mg calcium citrate per 2 tbsp. It also has D3 and Magnesium Citrate.
Its a white liquid and its blueberry flavored. All I can say is YUM! No calcium taste whatsoever. This would blend perfectly into a smoothie or shake. I could also see this in Greek yougurt with some blueberries mixed in.
Has anyone tried this? Its $12 for a 30 day supply only if you take 1000mg/day. I know everyone mainly takes more than that.
Its 35 calories and has 10g carbs, 4g sugar.

that does sound interesting to me, tho I have recently invested in UpCalD powder (on Amazon)which is very palatable, and also some chewable ones from Celebrate vitamins. I did buy some liquid at a local health food store too but it is quick chalky. I dont mind having a variety of things and I am sure I will use them all over the course of time, so thanks! I knew I should have rejoined there instead of Sam's Club! lol
OK, I'm probably gonna get flamed here but does the DS really require us to be carb Nazi's to the point that 10g is over the top. I am nearly 3 years post op and have lost and maintained 200 lbs gone forever.....I hope. I don't count carbs or even really pay that much attention to them other than if I plan to spend a lot of time in the car with someone that I don't want to gas out. Sometimes I eat carby stuff just to gas out my co-workers who did it to me for years.
Seriously, is there a chance I will have weight gain in years 4, 5, 6, or beyond? Did I just get a good do on my DS (Thanks Dr. Rabkin) and I'm one of few. Or do I just have superior DNA that I don't have to watch my food much to keep wihin the same 5-7 pounds for 2 years now. I don't really have hunger, I do crave protien when I forget shakes, but most of the time I graze and eat small meals of what ever is there and I'm happy as a clam. What gives?
Will those of you who posted see a real weight gain if you add 10 g's a day of carbs? Just curious, flame away, i'm eating Doritos right now and I can handle it.
Thanks for the tip on the calcium. I'm gonna give it a spin just to see. EW

It isn't 10 grams a day, it is 10 grams a dose. For me that is 60 grams a day. And yes I have to watch my carbs. I've had a 6 lb regain that I can't lose no matter what I do. Yes, I am still thin, but no I don't like the regain.
So, no I am not going to waste 60 grams of carbs on Calcium, when my calcium is just fine and cheap and has no carbs.
